the question asks about method of job design.

reading tru wikipedia, we can see that working condition and tools used for particular job should be included in your assignment.

as far as job design methods that we can focus on are job rotation, job enrichment and job enlargement.

so, when you analyse the work design, you must include all of the above.

somebody ask me whether you can use tables instead of describing them in paragraph format. yes you can as long as you can present your idea in a very clear manner.

your task is to get 3 jobs, and describe job rotation, enrichment and enlargement for each job. but you should also include tools used and the working conditions of each job.

along the way, you may also include job description and job specification because these has bearing  in every job that you want analyse.

it is fairly simple paper, therefore I strongly recommend that you present them clearly.

BUT, there is a strong but here. Not all job can be rotated. A NURSE for example, if she trained in OPERATION ROOM, you cannot ask her to rotate with nurse of DENTAL nurse. Also applies for certain technical jobs. A mechanic of ROTOR WING or what we call helicopter, cannot be asked to other job because these are special jobs.
