BUT, there is a strong but here. Not all job can be rotated. A NURSE for example, if she trained in OPERATION ROOM, you cannot ask her to rotate with nurse of DENTAL nurse. Also applies for certain technical jobs. A mechanic of ROTOR WING or what we call helicopter, cannot be asked to other job because these are special jobs.
