BBPP 1103 ASSIGNMENT: WORK DESIGN

many still confuse as to how do this assignment. let me give some example here.

INTRO

yes u must tell a bit about the company, but importantly u must also tell about the dept n its chart. then u must explain briefly about the job u want to discuss. of course u want to discuss their work design.

if i say about McD, I must tell what is McD then I will tell its chart, say at Kota Damansara outlet. Then I must tell about 3 jobs, counter staff, kitchen staff and whatever staff. Then I tell what they do and what equipment they use.

then I must explain what is job design.

DISCUSSION

counter staff. buat itu, buat ini, guna alat apa? guna cashier machine la apa lagi. lagi buat apa? terima order, siap order. lagi, cuci lantai, cuci meja, buang sampah, kira duit.....

kitchen staf. sama juga lah.

nex ceritalah pasal job rotation, enlargement dan enrichment.

CONCLUSION

cakap lah bukan semua jenis kerja boleh tukar-tukar mcm tu. kalau d McD mungkin boleh, saya tak tahu. Tapi antara nurse gigi dgn nurse yg kerja di bilek operation mana boleh. pekerja am di wad dengan pekerja am di bilek mayat mana boleh tukar2 buat job rotation.

cakap juga sbenarnya benda ini jarang dibuat betul2 oleh sykt kat msia ni. kalau buat pun ikut bos lah. HR dept pun tak ada polisi tentang hal ini. tapi bukan semua yer, ada juga yg buat!
