Actually you just shouldnt write about the PEST, PEST of your business and how it effect you. YOU MUST also write how to face these problems/issues.
if you want to write about kopitiam, try to be realistic. where is the location of this kopitiam? the social structure at that place, etc. Even the political situation there, BN, PKR or so so. Then make brief comparison of the reality facts and the issue the kopitiam you study faces.
You will be surprise at Batang Kali [I just went there last week], few Malay Restaurant have its concept like a kopitiam but the price is so bloody cheap. The place is neat, clean, nice and beautifully painted and decorated. and of course the waitresses dont wear uniforms.
