BBPP 1103 Plan Lead Organise Control

This is a very basic function of management or managers.

we have to plan everything, organise all resources available and not available, lead them tru the process to achieve the objective, and along the way we have to control the process so that every activities is supporting of one another and they are on the right track.

this is just the theory. in reality, we have so many individuals who are not quite happy with whatever you are doing. unhappy is not enough, they may even sabotage you.

when we plan, we also have to plan how to control the whole thing. in the first place we need to identify what to control. determine the std to achieve, time limit of the process, budget to be allocated, etc.

during the process, control is also very important. in any projects, we need to be flexible. that is why our objective or std is adjustable. if we can sell more than we anticipated, why should we stick to the initial sell target. we must increase the sell target. that is what flexible is all about.

sometimes, we also change the dead line, budget, manpower, etc. everything need money. in short, control play a very important role in ensuring job are done on time.

remember I said, objective of this subject is not to pass the exam only, knowledge of this subject [BBPP 1103] is applicable in our everyday life.
