In reality, i.e if we read in between the lines and the hidden clauses of employment contract, there is not much difference between permanent staff and contract staff.
This is a perception what I called an element of paradigm shift. I have been looking at the differences between this type of employment for so long and never realize on the termination notice clause until a wise guy mentioned his perception to me.
In reality all staff are contract staff because to him the termination notice is between 1 to 3 months only. Regardless the type of staff we are, the employer can terminate us within this period. So it is true that everybody is expendable.
Don't tell me it is difficult to terminate a permanent staff. Nothing is impossible in Human Resources Management [HRM].
