I always tell my students to read and understand the question first. The question and the requirement is not found in one page only. It is the whole.
Once you have fully understand the question, ask for further clarification from your tutor. This is because he/she may understand [interprate] differently. After all, he is the one who is going to grade your assignment.
Call him, e-mail him or sms him. He is very glad to answer you.
Next, do your framework. Again ask for his opinion.
If you are confident now, complete the paper and submit before or during the deadline.
